VITURE Pro 2 ships as a $298.99 (was $380) pair of XR/AR display glasses that treat a private cinema as the whole job. Sony micro-OLED panels sit behind birdbath optics and throw a 1920 by 1080 image to each eye at up to 120Hz, with a 50-degree field of view that the company sells as a 146-inch screen viewed from about four meters. Peak perceived brightness climbs to 1,600 nits from the 1,000 nits on the first Pro, with nine brightness steps and contrast rated at 100,000:1 or higher. Color covers 108 percent of sRGB, and VITURE tunes that color at the panel itself rather than through an extra management chip.

UltraClarity 3.0 is the model with the “3.0” in VITURE’s fifth anniversary lineup, and it’s an optical rewrite that truly distinguishes the pair. The developers went to great lengths to fine-tune the field curvature so that the sharpness remains consistent from the lens’s center to its periphery. They’ve also worked on making the image stable even when your eyes move off-center, and when it comes to distortion, they claim that the lines stay straight whether you wear the glasses at their lowest setting or crank them up to -5.00 diopters. Plus, they’ve ensured that the horizontal resolution matches the vertical resolution, rather than becoming fuzzy at the borders. You can even have independent focus knobs for each eye that go up to -5.00 diopters, allowing many near-sighted persons to avoid prescription inserts. The interpupillary distance is described as 56.5 to 71.5mm, which is rather close to the average, so no additional hardware is required for most adult faces.
