Tuesday’s sport: What’s on and where can I watch it?
The Commonwealth Games resume in Glasgow with the men’s and women’s 100 metre finals among the highlights on day two of the athletics schedule and there are medals up for grabs in other events.
There is another men’s and women’s double-header in The Hundred as Sunrisers Leeds face Manchester Super Giants at Headingley, while Hearts and Shamrock Rovers are both in Champions League qualifying action.

Commonwealth’s fastest vie for 100 metres titles
The Commonwealth’s fastest male and female sprinters will be crowned at the Scotstoun Stadium with both the 100 metres semi-finals and finals taking place on Tuesday evening.
Kenya’s Ferdinand Omanyala and Jamaica’s Elaine Thompson-Herah will both be hoping to defend their respective titles.
The women’s high jump and hammer finals, plus the men’s 10,000m final will also be decided.
There are medals to be won in the pool at Tollcross International Swimming Centre and podium finishes are also scheduled in weightlifting and artistic gymnastics, while boxing, netball, para athletics and para swimming action will unfold (TNT Sports 2 at 0830 and 1800).
Roses rivals meet at Headingley
Manchester Super Giants men and women are both unbeaten in The Hundred after two matches this season and will be bidding to extend their fast starts in two Roses clashes at Headingley.
Sunrisers Leeds Men are aiming to build on Saturday’s five-run win over Southern Brave, while Sunrisers Leeds Women hope to bounce back from their five-wicket defeat against Southern Brave.
The women’s clash is live on Sky Sports Cricket at 1445 and Sky Sports Main Event at 1500 with the men’s action on Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Cricket at 1800.
The first Test between West Indies and Pakistan will resume on day four at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy in Tarouba (TNT Sports 1 at 1430).
What else is happening on Tuesday?
Hearts face an uphill task when they bid to overturn a 4-0 deficit in the second leg of their Champions League second qualifying round tie against Austrian side Sturm Graz at Tynecastle (Premier Sports 1 at 1945).
Shamrock Rovers face Ararat-Armenia in the return leg of their second qualifying round tie at Tallaght Stadium having lost the first leg 2-0.
Glorious Goodwood, one of the highlights of the British flat racing season, starts on Tuesday, with the Group One Al Shaqab Goodwood Cup the highlight on the opening day (ITV1 and STV at 1330).
In tennis, men and women are in action at the Washington DC Open (Sky Sports Main Event 2300) and snooker’s Shanghai Masters will resume on TNT Sports 4 0700 at 1230.
